hi...
If you are a beginner in scripting languages you can find good projects on Freelancer(dot)com or scriptlance(dot)com / if you are so creative to build some designs or icons, these(Crowdspring(dot)com / 99designs(dot)com) are the very well paid.
If you want to get a part-time job you have to build up a portfolio(which is like a CV in it companies)...

i m little interest in scripting languages in both java and vb...and i was searched in that web sites you gave...can you please tell me more whats tha actual job there?
