Hello friends, Jogging or Running in the early morning is a very effective routine and a form of exercise, which fundamentally helps in keeping the body fit and healthy. Many of us do this just to loose fat or increase stamina. I too used to jog in the morning, but during this 3-4 months ,i actually don't know why,but my routine was broken. And I am just frankly telling you that, during the time, when I was not jogging in the morning or not doing my regular exercises,I was feeling lazy type. But whenever I used to jog in the middle at frequent times,I used to feel active. And now today, after so many days I started my same prebious routine, wnet to jog and now am again feeling active and fresh. And i promise myself to maintain it again for a long time. How do you guys feel when starting this kind of routine after a very long time?Give your views !

I really jealous of you!I was obesity problem since I was a kid.All my parents, teachers, friends suggest I should loose some weight to keep fit.But I can't.I used to jog for three days then I gave it up. After running in the morning I felt exhausted and I could't focus on my study because I fagged out! I lost my interested in both school and entertainments.so can you tell me your tips? Good luck!

Oh,Jogging or Running in the early morning really is a very effective method of exercise,But to my experience, the most effective method of exercise is TaiJiquan. Why do I say this? Man need systoling and relexing in keeping body zing. But many exercise is only emphasizing one side of the two side. And in TaiJiquan exercise man keep constantly systoling and relexing in your total capacity. From the appearing easy movement, you can get the great improving the ability of you body.and you can miraculously find that this improving is no a end. Anyone can plying TaiJiquan in anytime at anyplace with nothing.

It is a very good habit to do. I woudl like to do that but I won't be able to do this until my son gets older... I used to ride my bike everyday as daily exercising but I haven't done that over 2 years... it's gonna be difficult when I start doing it again because I am all stiffed up after I gave birth.

I don't usually go jogging or running I simply walk...It's because I don't have the stamina to keep on running. I am not obese and I have a normal body weight. But things changed due to my hypothyroidism. I easily get tired. Toning exercises works for me though but only in moderation.... :)

I feel so lazy to get out of bed in the morning but then i told myself "Wake up you lazy pig!" I jumped out of bed and then hit the street! I use my friends to keep me motivated by asking 3-4 of my friends to go jogging with me. One person will get up and call everybody out of bed and we keep rotating the caller. After a week or 2 I felt like it's the routine of life, if I don't do some exercises in the morning, my day isn't started yet.

I don;t do any sport even jogging in the morning. Yes, I feel I am the laziest people and I am fat. But to start is the hardest especially when there is no walking distance park where I can jog every morning. I have to drive for 30 minutes to get to a park and by then I lose motivation. Ugh...

Hi sonaimajumdar, And many people like me would not leave the bed and do not want to cut off the warm relation. I know jogging or fast walking at least three KM in morning or evening keeps the machine inside our body working well, but who cares? As long as it goes it goes if not medical are are ready to welcome you. Lately I have put up some extra fat and I have to get rid of that but have not yet been able to fix a date to start. Thanks for the reminder.
