What general questions would you like to ask if you were in an interview board.

May be it depends upon the organization pattern. But out the syllabus there are a question which mostly needs general knowledge or common sense. May be it is another part of interview board to test the candidate. There would psychiatrists in some boards who determine the characters of that candidate. But at times academic matters are avoided. Some of questions that are out of syllabus like Will you help a old person to cross the road, Will you give money to beggars? Will you enter into other people matters? Will you ask dowry, Will you avoid your parents for your love? Will you copy in exams? Will you help a person in accidents even if you have urgent engagement? Will you steal food if you are hungry and do not have money, Will you still go on with your spouse even if you find spouse is cheating or having other love? Will you bride to get things done Will you fight with your brothers and sisters to get the share of the property? May be some other question………

I would give some problems to sort it out, a story of man being held in a jail without his fault, how that is dealt by the candidate, like some problems how will that person handle it. Then some general questions, personal questions it depends upon the recruitment and purpose too.
