One day while on the way the school I heard this song... "I wanna be a billionaire so freakin bad. Buy all of the things I never had..." Geez, it must have been great to be a billionaire. Would you wanna be one? Why or why not?

I would love to be rich, but probably not a billionaire. For me I have to look at the things I enjoy in life right now and wonder could I bring all of that with me if I was a billionaire. Sometimes, with money comes problems. I would like to be rich and still enjoy walking in walmart shopping, going to one of my kids musically without the school asking for donations, and still want to hang out with my friends without them asking for money. I'm just saying, being a billionaire is not for everyone. My nephew said he would buy his own island and live there so no one could bother him. That kinda sounds like a great plan.

Sometimes simplicity gives more contentment in life. Being extremely rich limits your freedom to secure your safety. Especially when people look at you like a walking cash dispenser.lol

Yep i would love to be a billionaire. Because with the money firstly i would gift my parents a house. Then with the rest i would probably join extra classes and do stuffs and split with my sister or the whole family or whatever. It would be great.

This would be where I'd insert some zen-like statement that money does not buy happiness, but from a completely logical viewpoint you need money to do pretty much anything in this world. So from that perspective, being a billionaire would be pretty awesome, if only so I can afford to continue my education in university.

Very nice valuing for education. I like that. While others have the mentality that they don't have to go to school because they are already rich.. :)

Well, if I'm going to dream, I might as well dream big. Being a billionaire would at least solve my financial problems and secure my son and his future family as well. When you have kids, your material wants takes a backseat and the need of your kids becomes your priority. When you're a billionaire, you can have both :)

Me, i don't want to be a billionaire. Many people will be so good to you but not really coming from their hearts. They will befriend you just to get something.. Anyways, that will never happen to me.,LOL

Of course, you've got the resources. You're like a walking bank. Who wouldn't want to befriend you? THe problem is when you lose everything, you will lose them as well.. lol

yeah, it's hard to be without money. Especially now that almost everything has to be bought. Maybe even after a few years we'd have to buy air just to breathe.

i would love to be billionaire, but realistically i'm not sure i would appreciate the amount of work i would hve to do in a job that would pay me so highly :S *sigh* it would certainly take some of the stress out of dealing with university tuition and accomodation rental. Birdie -

At first I wanted to answer "no", because I'm so poor right now... Everything slightly better than this would make me happy. But then I thought: why not? I fact if somebody offers me a fortune I won't say no. I have a daughter who needs a little more boost to start her own life, I have a home that needs big repairs etc... So, where is the guy who offers this billion?:))
