Is Prize.com available again for again for us?

Hi all,
I was once a member of prize.com, a paid to play skill games site. However, I received this message from that site 8 months ago:
"We regret to inform you that currently you are not allowed to play at Prize.com/Gotya.com from your location. We will inform you when your location becomes available. "
Today I accidentally opened this website and I was able to login! My account is still there with my last balance. I am not sure since when my location became available because I never receive any news or information from this site.
Does anyone of you know when prize.com starts to accept Asian countries again? I need some confirmation from you guys as I planned to deposit into this site. I am not sure whether this site really allows us to earn again and I am afraid that my money will be wasted.
I am gonna to put my link back to my mylot profile too, for those who are interested.
Please tell me if you know anything, thanks a lot!

I just read the terms and conditions, I dint get any information about which countries they accept, but one thing I came to know is that they charge money for playing skill games. You can confirm it and report here as I might be wrong but that is what I assumed after reading the terms and conditions.

Yes I know they don't specify which countries can join and play but when I join this site, I could play without any problem as it was available internationally. However, after two weeks staying on this site, I received that particular message every time I tried to open the site. I am not allowed to play since then. To my surprise, I can log in again now so I need to know whether they accept my area again?
For now, I understand that we can play for free and you need to deposit money only if you want to make money from playing.

Hi, basically it is a skill gaming site in which you can play for free and if you are confident with your gaming skills, you can earn some money by putting wages in the duels with other players. Player with higher scores win all the bets. To earn, we need to deposit at least $5 into our account.
