verification of paypal account

i have a paypal account but its not verified. i don't have a credit card so i can't verify it using credit card. there is an alternative to verify by providing a photo id. i gave a scanned copy of my PAN card. but they denied it. please help how to verify the paypal account.

My Paypal account, nor has it verified, my cousin said, I can verify using a debit card. But I have not tried. Maybe you could try, verification your paypal account, using a debit card.

I verified paypal by entering my bank account, I also do not have a credit card. Maybe you also can do the same thing as me.

The only way to verify your Paypal account is to enter a credit card, press verify and Paypal will charge you 2 dollars ( not so sure if it is still two dollar today). You have to wait for your nest credit card billing statement because the verification code or number is there that Paypal will ask you to enter in order to get verified, good luck . Sending documents or pictures I think is practiced in alertpay, but I however got verified there by entering only my mobile number and they sent me a code thru text that I entered in order to get verified.
