Does Lord Krishna Appear To His People And Do Miracles?

I was searching on the internet about the oldest religion ever lived here on earth and I found on the internet that hinduism is oldest religion. Some say, it is either paganism or animism. It was said that Lord Krishna do miracles and appear to lots of people. Is this correct or I interpret it wrong? I want to hear from those people who knew Lord Krishna. Is Lord Krishna also appear and do miracles to other people?
