Why TrekPay have not converting my credits into cash?

Trekpay - Trekpay is not converting credit into cash

I have join TrekPay for sometime, and I have received payment once from TrekPay, you will get to click and view the ads everyday and you earn credits. Each day the accumulated credit will be converted into cash. But it has been quite sometime that the credit have not converting into cash. Is anyone of you are the member of TrekPay, do you have notice about that?
