At what time you have lunch break?

Generally,lunch break is at different times in different companies. IN some companies lunch break is too early -11 am, in some it is too late -3pm. In my company, I have lunch break at perfect time 12:30 pm. I think eating at proper time is important and my office is providing me such an opportunity. When do you have lunch break?

In our office, our lunch break is for one hour from 12:00 am to 1:00 p.m. WE have a pantry, so we all eat there , and it's always a happy occasion for all of us. Specially, when our general Manager came from a vacation from his province, he would bring fishes which he would have grilled in some of our stores, which our company manages. It seems like a feast really!

Here in the office, our lunch time is 12:00 noon, but the problem is we didn't go out at the exact time, we extend about 10-15 mins. before we take our lunch. We also didn't consume the one hour break, as long as we finish eating we go back straight to the office and back to work as much as possible. We cannot even allowed to sleep for a minute, if our boss sees us, he will interrupt us by asking question related to work or ask us to do something.

I don't work but I go to school. Our lunch break starts from 12pm. And yes I think eating at a proper time is really important.
