online chatting in stumbleupon site

Anyone can tell me if our friends are seeing online how can chat with them because I am unable no options is seeing me there. Only a small green sign display they are online like facebook but how can chat with them.

I am not sure they have that option there, I only use the site to market my articles and links. Have you looked at the FAQ to see if it is mentioned there?
