IS Pickelec.com a Legit site?

Hey I was recently browsing craigslist looking for an iPhone 4 and came upon an ad where pickelec.com was selling it at a really cheap price(an iPhone 4 for around $300). I looked at the websites info and it seems the company is in Beijing, China. I want to know if any of you bought from this website and if this website is legit and offers good products, not some cheap crap. So if any of you ordered from them before, please let me know how everything went.
