Have you noticed the recent fascination of the youngsters for tattooing? Tattooing is not only costly but also very time consuming. More interestingly, its removal is more costly and time consuming than its implantation. Have you tried it or would you ever dare go for it?

that is something that i wouldn't even let cross my mind. tatooing can give you cancer and i think other sickness. Other than that I would not put on a tatoo as its against my religious believes.

tattoo shops here are regulated by a safety board its safer to get a tattoo here then to use a public washroom. And there are no studies proving that tattoos cause cancer as tattooing has been around for thousands of years and people were not dying of cancer back then

I understand what you are saying but my understanding of if and according to doctors is that it can causes skin cancer. Think about it if you put something on your skin that should not be there don't you think your skin will repel? Its just like putting things in your body over and over your body will fight against it. Yes it could hard to be proven just like for example smoking causing cancer. This is true but isn't that hard to be proven in court as a number of things could have caused the person to have concer and its not everything going to be publish

I think that tattoos are a waste of money because you get them when you're young but then when you grow up you're so sorry that you did it. My son in law has like a tattoo addiction he loves the pain it gives him. I tell him not to do it but he doesn't listen. Then again since my daughter and him have been on their own he's been getting better at not getting them because they can't afford it.

Yes, I know of the fascination that youngsters have for tatooing. I have a daughter and a granddaughter who are both into them full bore. And I would much rather have them getting tatoos and spending money on them than alot of things they could be spending their money on. Not good.

Tattooing seem to get more poular with each passing year. it is hard sometimes to find someone who does not have a tattoo or two. A tattoo is quickly becoming a fashion statement and a staus symbol to show off. A lot of personality can be seen in someones choice of a tattoo. I have never had a tattoo and i dont think i ever will, but you never know. There might come a day when i could change my mind. A tattoo is something you have to live with. I cant see going through so much to get one just to have it removed because of the choices that were made.

I have three tattoo's and they are all extreamly meaningful to me none are large and none can be seen if i'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt even though i got them at a young age my first one when i was 18 i put allot of thought into them and made sure they were in places that people didn't have to see unless i wanted them to as i didnt get them for anyone but myself. My most treasured is 6 paw prints up my right side these symbolism the path of my life and the fact that i have struggled with depression and abuse my whole life the only constant on my path of life have been my animals they have been my shoulder to lean on and my friend to talk to when i have needed them the most each paw print represents another animal who has touched my heart and given me the strength to wake up as they depended on me. They are on my right side as my animals have always been my right hand man so to speak and have always stood at my side they are a part of me and are something i would never consider getting removed. I see alot of people my age covered in tattoo and all i can think is how will you gt a good job one day? and you ask them of what the meaning and they say it looks cool... i could never get a tattoo because it looked cool not to mention not even all the tattoo's i see are that well done as it is a form of art but if you are going to have it the rest of your life you could at least make sure it was good art

I can understand not receiving a tattoo because of religious beliefs, but to put false information out there to others is just not right. Tattoos do NOT cause cancer and the person that told you that is passing on false info, and you are to gullible to believe that type of stuff. I have many and have never had any problems medically. Tattoos are something that I enjoy having on my body and discussing with others when asked about them. I have been getting tattoos since I turned 18 and have been going ever since. Of course i am not one of those people that got on the band wagon. I started when they weren't popular at all. If people don't like them that's okay, but don't put down others because they do. It's a form of expression and art. We are all different and I am glad of that fact, because if we weren't the world would be a very boring place to live.

I do not want to try to get a tattoo on my body, because my religion forbids. I do not want to do something that is forbidden by religion.

I think tattos are digusting and alot of people who get them now will regret them later! I also think some tattos will look gross when a person ages! Like on a person's back,on the front side of their body and the sides of their boby for example! I have a nehew who has road treads on one of his upper arms and on the same arm he has the bottompart of his arm tattooed in a red and blue sleeve! My nephew hates his tattoes but decided to keep them then to try and remove them! He is only 23! His 19 year old sister,at 18,got the rose on the small of her back. Better known as the tramp stamp! I can't wait to see how ugly her tattoo will look whe she gets older! She might regret it! I am not sure if all the tattooing is a fad or not. I do know I never have had one or will! Tattoos deface a person's body and I don't like them!

IIn my country I see each day more tattoes youngsters. I don´t know where they get the money as thy are not the kind of people that would place dirt on their hands by working. I wonder what will happen when youth vanishes and tatoos stay. I cannot imagine a professional of an elderly man looking well full of tatoos. As for being time consuming, I don´t worry about that. One of the problems these people have is they don´t know much what to do with their time. They don´t rad, they don´t converse, they don´t have their own ideals. Tattooing follows the also time consuming aiming at planes or robots at the computer.

Tattoo is not a wise hobby to the youngsters in my point of view. Unless Tattoo is the must in our culture, else it is painful, wasting time, wasting money and unnecessary at all. In our earlier age, Tattoo was used to identified as members of the gangsters. Whenever the members were caught by the police, they were forced to eliminate the Tattoo by using the acids. Should we get involve in the unnecessary trouble and have an ugly scar later? The answer is No.

Tattoos are not for me. I have never entertained the idea, although I do like the art work. I would rather have one of those tattoos framed as a picture rather then on my body. I see more and more girls getting tattoos, I don't find that attractive at all. And don't forget, when you get older they turn into these dark blue blotches, ugly. So when you're 80 it looks like you've been beat up and have lots of bruises. And lastly, they are a waste of money and they do not make you tough.

I am a Youngster and i have one tattoo, this one happened to be free and only took about twenty to thirty minutes to complete, it was done by an aspiring tattoo artist. For any tatto ( costly and time consuming, or not) I think it requires a great amount of thought and a good reason to put something on your body. With age you tend to change your likes/dislikes as well as your personal beleives. I tend to think about tattoos as warrior marks or something that means a great deal to a person, and they should stand unshakeable with you for your life and never be regretted. Therefore much thought should go with it, not just something you think is cool. I wanted a tattoo so i got my Horoscope on my arm, which is a symbol of me, the day I was born. So, ya I tried it, I dont regrett it. I dont know if ill have another reason to go out and get more tattoos though. Its a personal thing about expression and who you are, just make sure you are who you think you are.

Tattooing seems to be a trend for many and some try it once and have regrets while others get a bit obsessed. I do know many that once they did one there was no stopping them. I do have one and it is hidden and I like it but have no interest in getting more.
