Difficult to accept a situation where you are is not easy. All times in trying to avoid mistakes that prevented us without us liable for them. Discover the seriousness of the situation when it's too late, when we lose the courage to face their own thoughts, their own feelings ... When we hit our mistakes that make us suffer, we must understand that we can not fight forever, because our desires are not only involved, because we do ourselves harm, fighting to prove that our mistakes are not errors, when in fact it is obvious evil that we leave behind our actions. We must accept guilt and its consequences. And the best way to feel victorious, peace with ourselves, is to whisper me wrong, we are aware of this. A great feeling you feel when discovering the meaning of resignation.

I think most people resign because they don't find the work satisfying. That is the main reason I think. Sometimes the working environment also plays a huge role i guess.

If you consider practical reasons, you will take into consdieration first the salary. If the salary from the work is just small, not enough to live a decent living or support your family's needs and wants, most probably you will resign and look for a more high paying job. Secondly is your happiness with the job. If you aren't happy anymore with what you are doing, then it's time to resign. Because it's hard to work everyday and yet unhappy everyday in it.
