How can I improve a customers shopping experience when I'm a sales audit clerk..

..and only works in the office? No customer interaction at all. I work in the cash office of a department store, and I know that even though I don't deal with customers, what I do in the office affects them in one way or another. I just couldn't pick out the right words. Can somebody help me please? Our boss gave us an assignment. We should fill up these "commitment cards" on which we should write down how we will give our customers a good shopping experience.

its a bit hard to improve a customers experience when you don't actually have contact with the customer, the only thing I can think of is that you make things easier or more pleasant for those whos are working directly with the customers...
