$1 fee for support!

Few months ago I joined a bux-host site in an exchange of links with a friend. He is active every day in my site, so I think it is correct from my side to be active in his site every day, even if I have a bad opinion about this kind of sites. Now my problem is that it is an investment site, and I cannot withdraw any money unless I invest. But what do they think an investment is? I double checked the TOS and the FAQs with no answer to my question. They have a forum and I thought I could find the information I needed in their forum. But no, they only have payment proofs and a few locked topics written by admin. But nothing about my problem. I tried to start a new topic asking what do they consider an investment is, but it have been three days since then but my topic was not approved. Now all that I have to do is to ask for support. I found their page for support but I was surprised to see that they have a $1 fee for a question! Come on, this means they don't make their terms and FAQs clear, just to make their users pay $1 each to ask the same questions. What do you think about such fee? Can anybody help me and explain what is an investment for those bux-host sites?

Sorry about laughing, but I find it so funny. I have never heard of sites like that. Sure it is only fair to your friend, but what would also be fair is that your friend give you a legit site where you don't have to invest. We all know any site can turn scam any time, but paying at that moment you exchanged site would have been alright, in my opinion.

Hi, Buxhost site or no scvot i do not like investment sites. With sites turning into scams everyday this is one of those ways to scam. The goal of referral exchange is that both of you should gain.So you do a referral exchange try and join investment free sites.

I really want to help you. But I know little about it. So I decide to try to learn more about it.

Hi Octav1 That bux site seems very unstable if you ask me. They probably use the money from people who invest and that 1 dollar question fee to pay other members. I never use sites that require you to invest before you can cash out, it's just not a good sign for me. Regarding what I think about the one dollar fee, I think it's good for the site because it probably keeps it alive a little longer, but I also think it's only a matter of time before it'll go scam. Good luck with your online money making!

It might be good for the site owners, but for the users this rule with $1 fee for support sucks. They can't charge me for something they never explained. I think they should have the rules written explicitly, so that there will be any doubt about anything. Then, they can charge their users for asking stupid questions.
