I've experience this many times a day. Coz me and my hubby are both sleepyheads coz we work at night and early at the morning. When I see him yawning, I also yawned. Even with other people, I also got a tendency to yawn. And it is so annoying when it happens every minute! Even though you tried to control not to open my mouth to yawn, but you may look funny if you control it. i saw my face once when I try to control it and it makes me laugh.
Did you experience yawning when someone does? =)

Yeah, when I see somebody yawns, I yawn as well especially when See the people who I am close, I would yawn because of them 
I usually will yawn when someone else yawns too. It is very easy for me to get sleepy when I see someone else getting sleepy too. It is contagious and infectious.

it is really funny because there are gestures that do draw the people to do it the same, it is like like giving you a snap to follow.An instinct maybe.
