having problems with your eating habits?

everybody loves to eat right? those tempting chocolates and tasty meats will make you go crazy once you put it in your mouth. Some will feel guilty after they consume a plateful of food....and worse of all is that they purge...tsk tsk tsk...and others tried to starve themselves. Why don't we eat right...have a balance diet... or if it gets worse...try to consult a dietician..enjoy life...enjoy eating as long as its healthy...

Actually I'm the one who eats a lot and regrets later. Anyway I'm glad though coz i'm being able to take control of my eating habits now. Never thought I could do that, but you never know unless you try right? I don't starve myself but I don't eat anything at night after a certain time. It has been a habit now and doesn't really bother me now.

It's so nice to have a healthy habit in eating. I always eat whenever I want, just can't control my stomach well enough. LOL

This is good advice for those with this form of bad heating habits of course and not entirely because it is attributed because they eat sweets. I can imagine some eat other meals and still be affected by this condition. I am one who specifically eats healthy and exercise daily as part of my healthy routine. How do you feel about those that eat healthy?? I so see that you are new to myLot, welcome aboard!

thank you for the comment...i am glad that you have a healthy lifestyle...please continue doing it....i hope that everybody does it...but sad to say, most of the people are having a hard time maintaining a healthy lifestyle...maybe because it requires a lot of effort like spending time in the gym to have exercise, eating fruits, vegetables , lean meats, low salt and low fat food that are not palatable to our taste buds...well..i think everything in this world is not easy.... stay healthy my friend....

I love eating so so much. it's okay for me because i will never be too fat. To be healthy is most important whatever we eat. It's a great way to enjoy our life through enjoying eating. I usually buy myself something delicious even after the normal meals. it is so enjoyable a thing when you are eating what you love. So, try to enjoy our life through healthy eating.

I remember my daughter when i keep saying she should watch her diet. Then she will say "i will eat less tomorrow" But still the next day she can't help eating too much. You are right,people eat a lot and feel guilty because they know they've eaten a lot and the next thing is,they'll regret having bulges and extra pounds. it's not easy to loss weight esp when you are used to eating much. So,balance diet and discipline should always be taken care of. WELCOME TO MYLOT

I really love eating i keep saying i am on the process of diet but if i see the meals or what kind something delicious i am almost forget that i am in diet..lol yes you are right we have to balance what we eat and discipline also and that is important .

It is the time of abundance. We have all around and we can eat, have, access everything as and when required, if we have money enough. What to do next. Among all these available things, we are the only one to accept everything. So to survive these hardships, we need to logically move ahead. Think and decide. We can get all at any point of time and as this is a fact, think what is good for us and ignore which is harmful to us. Again, find a best combination from which what we get nice results, that we likes, and which has no harm to us. If we get a list of such things, we will give up all unwanted things out and get into good one in our intake list. Once we are regular with it, good health, happiness and free from illness is the net result. So a balance life with knowledge and priorities will help. All know about this, but never try to do it. So bad.... Thank-s

Well I can eat anything and not gain weight. I'm in the process of gaining weight at the moment and it seems the only one increasing in my body is my tummy! I am really trying to get healthy and increase my food in take. I see you are new to Mylot! Welcome myscebel!

yea..it's true of what you told...we eat which is not or more than that is required of what we should and DON'T take the required diet and make ourselves...out of the court...which will make us unhealthy...eat better and be healthy!!!

I used to eat like that, let's admit it it's hard to resist such tempting foods. I agree we should eat right and have a balance diet,because at the end of the day whether we eat right or we continue to eat without caution, still it's our health and body that will suffer..
