1. What did it mean "Grow, be ready" ,what you should be prepare?
2. what is the basis that you are already matured (except in physical appearance)and ready for commitment?

Grow means you are now a matured and responsible person. You have outgrown your childishness and have broader thinking. Be ready means you have to be ready to accept this as it is. Don't live in a dream but in reality. Prepare yourself for pains, heartache for love is not always bed of roses. Prepare yourself for a commitment. Prepare yourself for changes that have to happen when this thing called love comes your way!
