What benefits would you want to receive?

I came a across a discussion started by a new member lovebeliever http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2499335.aspx on the allowances she receives from her employer and it made me think about the benefits from mine. I'm not looking to change employer in the near future but would definitely consider doing so with the right offer. So what I would like to know is what benefits would you like to receive from prospective employers? If you have a stable job, what benefits would make you want or at the very least consider to change employers? If you can provide for the mechanics to receive the same it would make it a better discussion. Pragmatic as well as outrageous answers are welcome. Any good one could probably be the next one I'll ask for!
