how to choose one from two good job offers?

I am simultaneously offered two job which are best in their fields, money is almost same in both jobs. I may not get same offers in my near by professional life after I refuse any one of them.

You have to decide on the following grounds: 1. Proximity (location of the job) 2. Heirarchy (your place in the job - middle, higher) 3. Salary 4. Type of organisation Multinational Vs. Local firm. You have to opt for multinational 5. Future scope for promotion in the job? Besides above, there are several things one has to take note before joining the firm.
