I want to relaxation because I am stress !

Many activities ,more duty it seems that is not finished.So what will make?Simple I take a portion by relaxation:but where spend time far away for all this pression activities? Let I think,so I try to go in the park,after that I leson some classical music and I play a game.But if I are tired,sure I go to slip.A good slip relax and is fortyfied nervous system. You have this problems? What is your experience in stress or relaxation?

when i'm stress i eat sweet foods and it's makes me feel good also try to have a nap and phone a friend :) you can also go out and watch a good movie.

Nice,ha ha indeed is good method but is something to made.It is important do not create a great pressure over body with food,because nervous system is weak.So for good results it is imortant to try eat easy food like fruits.This contains food for brain natural sugar.I try last formula.Thank you for idea.

Well whenever I'm stressed I take a nap. When I wake up it feels so good and fresh. But most of the time that short nap tends to be a long one lol. Anyway a short nap should do the trick. and other times I listen to songs that I love. Helps me forget all the worries, even if it's only for a short while.

Whatever we do is for others, is the short for for it. Yes, if we find some time for rest and relax, is just for ourself. So, find what is important and we need to find a good time for ourself, if we found we require some time for us. Just make fractions of 24 hrs. and find how much time is spending for our own requirements. Priorities and find a little time time for our mental as well as physical requirement. No body will suggest or recommend this fact in these days, and at most times, no one cares also. Be particular for us and we only can do it for us, and no other can do any help on this case, because the matter is exclusively for me and you, and we only can find solutions for it. Thank-s

I have made it a habit to address what's making me stressed outright. If i cannot solve it outright and while trying to figure out of ways how i can settle it, i would try to divert my attention to anything i love to do, like watching TV and surfing the net. I seldom feel stressed because i do things simply and don't expect too much.

I guess you have to find out what works for you. You mention a lot of different things you're trying to do - e.g. sleeping, going to the park and so on.. The important thing is to find out if these things actually work. If you go to the park and see alot of other people going about their business, and some of them maybe even working, then this might not be the best way for you to relax. Than you should focus on something else to relax you. You can try making plans for all the things you have to do in the day, and then stick to that plan. If you do this it is important that you also put "relaxing" on the plan, and then make sure that you DO relax in this time. I hope this can help a bit.
