Weight Concious! Am I Psychologically ill?

Since I lost lots of kilograms for the past 3 months, I encounter a big problem now!!! Everytime i ate more than a cup of rice i started to vomit after eating. Obviously it's Psychological. I am too much afraid to gain weight again! Am I Psychologically ill now? Jeeezzzz, hope not! Sometimes I am doing it while we were in the restaurant, after eating i rushed to the comfort room to release my food intake through vomitting. It is'nt a good habbit, aight? what will I do? The truth is I am too much afraid to consult a doctor for now.

It was also happened to me before when losing my weigth so i went to the doctor for the check up... the doctors said i've got ulcer the cause of dieting and she adviced me dont eat too much food especially oily food cos its not good for the ulcer now i always eat moderate and i didn't feel vomiting after eating.

Hi Thetigers, If you think this is becoming a problem you need to go see the Dr. You don't want to wait to long because it will just get harder on you if it is. The best thing to do is order alittle bit you can ask for half the rice or what ever your eating. You can always eat at home. You can order half orders when you go out. Good luck.

Hi the tigers, It is great that you have lost weight and that is very difficult thing to do. And i know how much you have gone through to gain this weight and now you dont want to gain it back. But going to rest room and vomit is little bit too too much. I wont say psycological problem as such now but if it continues than it would be a big one as going to vomit only not to gain calories in food is not a normal behaviour.

hello thetigers, I don't think that could be psychological. It's more of disciplined and getting used to. I also feel the same when i am having some diet,when i started to eat less and used to it,once i eat more than i used to..i feel like throwing up. My stomach automatically reject any more foods. But then,observed your weight,if you feel you are getting more thinner and thinner,try to seek some professional help then not to result with having bulimia problem. Have a great weekend
