hi. has anyone used the virtual credit cards from vcc-net.com? they are offering virtual credit cards to verify paypal, google adwords and ebay accounts. i want to purchase the vcc for paypal to verify my paypal but not sure wether they are real or scam. if you have used their paypal vcc and it worked fine please share to me. thanks
