I am a coffee lover and as I work and get stressed,I keep on drinking coffee up to 5 cups a day. I do not know, but, I feel relaxed and can cope up more work load as I take coffee. When they ask,you have not rested, what are you taking, then I just answer them - I have taken my vitamin caffeine.

Hi there, drinking 5 cups a day, sure I would say you are a coffee lover but not yet an addict. I would call myself a coffee addict, although I have never really thought about it in that term until now! First thing in the morning is 2 cups of coffee, then I start getting ready and have another 2 cups during that process. I can't even think about leaving the house without consuming at leat 4 cups of coffee. When I get to where I am going, be it work or visiting friends, the first thing on my mind is...I need a coffee. Be the time 10pm comes I am normally drinking my last cup of coffee of the day and it is normally cup number 14. On average I drink between 12-15 cups a day and at night sleep really well.

you will truly sleep because you dose intake gets higher and higher your dose if given to other of course will not be tolerated by their body so try to lessen it for it may also lead to osteoporosis - caffein depletes calcium of the bone.

hi there. i don't drink coffee because if i do i will be awake for the rest of the night :( so even though i am so so sleepy and needs to be awake for the day, i don't drink coffee so that way when i get home i can just rest right away. i have so many experiences but i thought i was just insomnia, but later on i found out that it was because of my caffeine intake.

well good that you are not used to that because as you get addicted to caffeine you will get dependent on it. As you feel sleepy, you will again take a cup of it then again and again to combat your sleepiness.

yeah, but well i think it is okay, i'll just fight it sometimes i just go to the bathroom and splash some water to my face and then i just keep drinking water so i feel refreshed. i would even massage the back of my neck so the blood circulation will go back to normal again i learn that from studying nursing, you can try those tips too

Yes they say, and I do feel that because of sudden fast palpitation after each cup and so I just have it moderately to maintain what they call it as an anti-oxidant and, later, I found out other beneficial effect of it for the body and so I will not forsake it

Honestly, I don't drink coffee. Maybe occasionally. It's just I wasn't used to it, when I was young I really want to drink coffee but my parents won't allow me, the always say, it's not good for kids like you. But now that I'm a teen, I don't find it good to drink .

that is true because as a kid you should only take milk since your bone is still developing.Caffeine in coffee has a side effect that depletes calcium in the bone and if you are dosed with caffeine by taking coffee for sure by the time you get old you might be a hunchback lady.

I am also coffee lover! I and my husband drink over 5 cups coffee a day. I enjoy drinking coffee. My morning would be ruined if I can't have my morning coffee.

Yes, I drag my body to start working in the morning but it can not unless fed with a cup or two of my favorite steaming coffee, the bad thing is I also take it even after each meal and once too tired after stressful day of doing the household chores.

Hi. macayadann. Welcome to myLot! I don't drink coffee that much. I love it though! When I drink coffee, it makes me very sleepy in the day time. At night, I have drunk it a few times and it made me stay wide awake. I prefer to drink my energy drink to keep me awake. I plan to purchase me some Five Hour Energy very soon. I think that this will keep me energized more better.

Then you are truly a certified Coffee addict. Coffee addicts drink at least 2 cups everyday. I am not one because I only drink half a cup of coffee before going to work - Mondays to Fridays. Mind you, this habit is not healthy... So if I were you, I would slowly cut down on drinking too much coffee. Just a friendly advice. =p

I do like coffee but I don't drink them much. One cup of coffee and then I can't sleep at night, even the decaf ones. I prefer tea to coffee. people say tea does the same but not to me. I love tea, especially black and green.

Yes i am. I start my day with a cup of coffee. i usually take 4 to 6 cups a day. if my schedule is very hectic, i drink more than the usual to keep me alive and kicking. I can think better and i can work overtime without feeling so stressed out.

my advice i always receive is that my body should follow the normal call of the body to take a rest for it has a biological clock that should be followed, when night comes, our body normally slows down to fall asleep. So obey our body rules but I, myself don't follow.
