Honestly, as of the moment.. I am currently in a relationship.. long distance relationship to be exact.. He's away staying with his parents and I am too with my parents. For me, its really hard.. especially when you need that someone at the very moment but you can't because he's far.. You guys? Have you tried a long distance relationship? How did you deal with it? Was it successful?

Hello remo, Oh that's sad.. Not everything will work in this kind of relationship. But I hope ours will. We trust each other and I hope things will go well. Thank you for sharing your story! :) Cheers!

Before we go further on your discussion my friend. Could you please elaborate well what kind of relationship you mean? If you're both girlfriend-boyfriend relationship then it is but natural since you're not married yet. If you're living together or married already then it is not good. As if the guy still hiding on his mother's dress. I don't know the whole score..I thought long distance you mean was you both living or working one of you abroad... Cheers. Mobhomeir here..

Oh I see..well, honestly I was once a victim of long distance love affair. We've been on our relationship for 13 years and all went to nothing. Just be cautious, expect the unexpected because if there are those people about to be wedded never really happened how much more with you both that are still at the stage of bf/gf relationship for may be a couple of years yet.. Cheer up.. Mobhomeir here..

I've been in a long distance relationship for the last seven years. We lived together for two of those years but now we live in different places again. It's a little easier for me because my job allows me to travel for free so I can fly to see him when I want. A long distance relationship can work if both people want it to work. I don't talk to him every day on the phone but we text and IM.

my boyfriend and I knew each other in the high school. we were together when we wre in Senior 2. After the college entrance examination, I was admitted by a university far away from my hometown (nearly 24 hours by train), while he was in our hometown. Now we will graduate and fortunately, we are still together and i will move to my hometown after graduation. There were quarrels and misunderstandings full of these 4 years, but what I want to say is that as long as you two love each other, nothing can stop you. Even if it is a long distance relationship, you two can conquer.

Awwww,so you have a boyfriend bunso,I thought you don't have one 'cause I always see you online in some other sites, lol! Meaning, you have no time for relationships, lol! Me and my hubby is a good example of a succesful long distance relationship edsss but of course it's a different thing when you are just bf and gf. I believe if you both really love each other despite the fact that you are away from each other,it could work. Trust should be your foundation in long distance relationship. Some may say that your bf might have some monkey business doing because you're not there but if you do trust him,no jealousy will arise. It's hard though bunso,I know you two are still not in a deeper relationship so you both have lots of trials and problems to encounter. I'll just have to say goodluck to both of you! See yah!

I was in a long distance relationship for 4 months. It was really hard but at the same time it had its benefits. We would talk on skype so we could see each other's face like we were sitting right in front of each other. It wasn't the same but it was fine. The good thing was, if we ever got into an argument and I was sick of it, I could just hang up and call him when I wanted to talk to him. hehe Since I was always argumentative, we nearly broke up several times. But if you aren't possessive like me, you should be fine. My relationship was a bumpy ride, but it was a test of our love. If you can handle being away from your partner, then it seems like a healthy relationship.

i don't exactly know if me and my boyfriend's relationship fit in the long distance category. my boyfriend is studying in a university one hour away from me. so we only get to see each other once a week. it's not really long distance but i still miss him for 6 days that i am not able to see him. i think the only keys to sustaining a long distance relationship are trust, love and of course, loyalty.

Hi, Having a long distance relationship is not easy, both parties must trust each other and because they can't date each other in person,so only via phone and computer, they can communicate with each other, listen to each other's voices. Of course, you guys can visit each other one day,and that will be the most happiest day to meet up again. SO far, I never experience a long distance relationship before and I really can't comment much on how I am going to handle it well. But one thing for sure, be it how far is the distance, communication is very important.

Long distance relationship is hard to maintain. Two of you should really exert effort to show love and you must have fulltrust with one another.
