Erning money by shining shoes job

I have just read a story about a man who shining shoes. He bought the three floors house in this expensive city. He even married, have children and raise his siblings to college.
Shining shoes job are often not respected in society. And income from this business are very low. Therefore, no one wants to do this job unless they were circumstances required.
But this man was very proud of his profession and he was sticking with it all his life. He also successfully than others with it.

Good for him. It just shows what u can do when u set your mind to being a sucess no matter what job u are doing.

Yes, it's good for him. His story make me more trying to work. I'm working as a marketer in a private company. However, I have never get success like him.

Well, personally I think the main thing is he was doing something that he enjoyed and was probably good at, and since it is quite hard to find people who want to shine shoes they probably did not mind paying him some decent $$ to do so. Even in this day and age if there's a will there is a way. The problem with most people is they get too dependent on others and never stop to consider there are ways out of their situation financially. They just might have to create the situation to be able to get there.

Hi,every job can earn you money, sometimes even the "humble"jobs can make one a rich man. As far as one really put his energy into the job, and do it very well. We have a saying that goes" there are 360 kinds of jobs in the world, there is a " Number One Scholar" in every job".
I heard that there is a man who pick waste and put them into new use, in a few years, he become a millionaire and do many good things for others, and eventually, he got respect from others.
And there are lots of college students who choose go back rural areas to raise pigs or do farm work. Well, no matter what we do, if only we earn through our own efforts, there is no high or low in the job. And personally speaking, i respect more those who can do well in those not noble jobs.
