The use of loude speaker in ensuing General Election of West Bengal Legislative Assimbly 2011 has been banned ny the West Bengal Pollution Control Board due to public examination like Secondary Eamination. But the common people get relief from the tyrani of sound which might have been used by different political parties. This may cause some difficulties in making proaganda by contesting candidates during election, but the general people has got relieve. What is your opinion?
