Disgusting habits: "Nose picking and eating boogers" why do people do this????

ok hi all. I know this topic my be a bit disgusting but i have have this simple question. Why do people pick their nose and eat their boogers? So i was driving home from school. I just so happen to look in the car beside me, and there was a grown 38-42 year old man picking his nose and had the nerve to eat his booger. How disgusting is that?? I don't understand why people would do such a thing? Do you have or had an experience like that? Do you know anyone like this? Or do you have a disgusting habits of your own you would like to share?? Do share!!

I agree that is a disgusting habit. I also saw a grown up man and a woman do such a thing. But i think that maybe it is just a habit and they cannot get rid of it. Apart from being disgusting i think it is also unhealthy.

thanks for sharing. I agree, and I personally don't see how it could be healthy as you said. & to add, i've always heard "bad habits, die hard" and maybe this nose picking this is just that. thanks again for sharing!!
