Where is this safest place to live?

As watching over the news, places are having wars, if not, some are victims of these natural disasters. If we're really looking at these things seriously, scarry! where on this earth are we able to find the safest place to live? When are we able to be ready of all the unpredictable things? I may live in this comfort life, but can't close my eyes thinking of those people dopping so many tears.
