filing a dispute after it's 10+ days past due timeframe?

what do you think, would there be POSSIBILITY TO EVEN WIN, OR WOULD PayPal throw me off just for being late? I'd like to dispute onbux, because I invested $170 there and that's not really little money just to now be scammed and not be able to do anything. I've messaged paypal about it, but until they reply I'd like to hear your opinion too. What would you do in my place? because I know there's not a possibility onbux will really start paying again and I just want to get over with them and stop using their site. I also have a pending payment with them, but a dispute with my invested money is as I said 10+ days past due to file it, so is there a chance I'd win if I'd file a dispute on one for 'not receiving my item' and on another not being paid on time as they state (7days nqoiw) what do you think about this and what would YOU do? do you have any experience like this with paypal and with disputes past timeframe?

Oh my, sorry that you have to deal with this. Yes, I have had a few situations like this one and my nerves get so bad. I definetly say go for it, dispute. It would be better to try than knowing you just let a situation happen where there could of been something done on your end. Because you are dsiputing it days past the timeframe needed, give them a reason. I have been in enough situations where I had to dispute with companies including paypal and I have for sure learned that there are indeed exceptions to every rule. There were times when I filed dispute, they denied it, I appealed it, they accepted it and refunded me. I gave the reasons within the timeframe so everything adds up and I was persistent. Do the same. Dont take the first answer of denial and run with it. Appeal it, send another message explaining your side. If you believe, you should get it back. Get them to do the same. In your situation, I would say I understand there is a timeframe for filing a dispute but I felt the need to communicate and work out the situation with the onbux first and when they overlooked my case, I felt my case was not examined throughly. Try something like this and see what happens. Hope this helps, and best wishes.

hello thanks a lot for your response. I really respect some positive feedback. so there is a chance indeed they may hear me out as you say you got your funds once returned despite the timeframe, but being persistent helped eventually? then you definitely gave me some hope here, thank you for that. I'll try something like that and when, if I win these two I'll also dispute them for pending payment since mid. February. I will not back down as easily specially when onbux is out to scam people like that and get away with it - I won't accept that and I'll fight for my right. Thanks a lot again for responding me.

hi again. Just tried disputing just to get this message from paypal: We Have Registered Your Dispute Thank you for registering your complaint about this transaction. Unfortunately, this type of transaction is not eligible for PayPal dispute resolution. We encourage you to continue to work directly with your seller, as we have found that many misunderstandings reach amicable solutions through communication. what am I supposed to do now? I can't talk to onbux as they'll never refund my cash obviously, so should I message paypal support directly telling them my case or is it a totally lost hope to even hope they'd approve a dispute manually and process it?

Paypal will most likely state that you are past due on the timeframe to file so your money is not able to be retained and they will throw a we are so sorry please use us in the future in their but they won't have you win a dispute also they don't cover digital products as their is no way to track whether you got something from them or you didn't I don't think you can dispute them not paying you as onbux could say you haven't been active and haven't reached a payout with them so what proof do you have? I hate to tell you this but you are up a creek without a paddle.

hello! thank you for your response. I was thinking of a way like that too, but still considering they're getting a lot of complaints about onbux, don't you think they'd make an exception? well as for the proofs, I for one can state their TOS, so paypal sees they're unhonest. Besides if they already have lots of complaints I think they'd be familiar with the case? Some people here on mylot won, tho their dispute wasn't past timefrime, still it's kind of a proof to paypal onbux is really cheating people..
