Best hill station in India??

Hi sriganesh, I dont know where are you from but i think your name suggest that you have Indian Heritage. India is Home of Himalayas so there are lots of Hill stations in India. You have names a few and OOty is a good choice but you missed the best two hill stations , Shimla and Manali. Best is to go Shimla on train. Toy train takes 5 hours from Kalka to reach Shimla a distance of 92 kms. The journey is so beautiful and train is so slow that if you miss it you can run and catch it. Manali mountain are always covered by snow and from here Bias river originates. Very beautiful. Must for every tourist.

I would recommend you to visit Darjeeling, the queen of Hill Station in India. Kodaikanal and other are also good but Darjeeling is is Darjeeling. Though there always a uncertainty in Darjeeling as agitation are badly affecting the life of Darjeeling.
