can't click ads on neobuxs?

i can't click on some of the ads on neobux, i am getting this message "Another user using your IP address already viewed this advertisement in the last 24 hours." I am the only one using my computer and internet. Someone said my ip might be static, and that the compnay only give us one ip address. this sucks, because i need to beat the others in clicking, which is hard, since i do not know which time they clicked the ads. have you experience this? and if you had, have found a trick to fix it?
