How long does it take to get over your dream relationship that wasn't?

How long can vary from person to person. I am very sorry you are going through this and I speak from experience. I can only say that time and or another love interest will heal all wounds. Time is the best mending tool and it would be best to allow a bit of time to dissipate this feeling. Not allowing enough time to find out what exactly you want next time will only allow you to rebound with perhaps another duplicate type relationship. So pleas try as much as you can to mainatain yourself busy and not allow your mind to dwell too much so that you can get back into loving the single life and re-energize for a new love. I thought that the relationship that I am in right now was/ is the perfect relationship and I'm trying to get over it before I get out of it. I really don't want it to end and I wasn't looking for it too be perfect but I was looking for it to be better. At first it was a dream but I think I woke up. My boyfriend has been making me go in circles with my feeling because he's confused about if he want to be in the relationship with me or not. I'm very sure about what I want and I don't like being confused.

I believe the only way we humans get over a relationship, broken heart or whatever is by finding a replacement, then we look back and know hoe silly we were, this has happened to me a few times, cried my heart out over someone now I look back and winder why I was so silly...
