help!!!!

Hi Jansen and a warm welcome to mylot! The above member gave some accurate information but with this type of phone if you do not have a deleted folder it is gone for good. Your cell phone company nor an IT cannot retrieve it because it is a data message unlike email it is not stores anywhere after you delete. Sorry and hope you recovered some other way.

If you have just deleted the message from the inbox, it would be available for you to restore from the deleted messages folder. If you have deleted the message from that folder also there is no way to recover it unless you are a phone memory specialist or something!

I know nothing about that phone, but it sounds like, once you have deleted it, you can't get it back, unless like the other users said, that you have a deleted messages folder. You could possibly retrieve it from there, but otherwise you have lost it for good.l I don't message, but when I do, I make sure that there aren't any that I need to keep, because once I delete them, I know they are gone. I don't know if it still available in the internet there is a software for cellphone that can retrieved of your deleted messages because it happen to me before I'm using sony erickson phone then I accidentally delete an important message then my friend recommend it to me and presto when i installed it in my phone i get to see all message that has been deleted..but I'm sorry i can't remember the name of the software..but i think you just need to search in the net maybe they have one..
