I choose to stay late in office instead of coming on Saturday

Hi Ajay Singh Baghel: I think your answer is right because you are dividing the pain so you don't feel that you are working these two hours while you are enjoying your saturday. It's easier for your body and mind to work for two more hours everyday than working until saturday. ALVARO

I am not so sure about your system there. In my country, Malaysia, the non-executive level can claim their overtime wages if they work more than 8 hours per day or if they work during the weekends and public holidays. To work during the weekend and public holidays, the wages for the overtime claim will be higher than the normal overtime claim. For executive level, they are not entitled to claim overtime. Some companies do compensate for those in executive level to work overtime too. For me, I prefer to stay a bit late during the weekdays in order to finish all of my works. Many people like to stay late because of the overtime wages. ha! ha! ha! No matter how, we mus ensure all of the employees are not purposely drag or delay their works to claim overtime wages.

I guess you have selected wise option. Better go for extra 2 hours so you can have your weekend for free for any other work or for relaxation/enjoyment purpose. So if i have to choose between them i will choose same as you.
