Animals or pets should be conditioned. It's normal for your dog to be aloft at first since its still young and still needs to be conditioned. Conditioning is important its how they learn. So like the other responses, I suggest you take your dogs to dog communities. Like with your friends who's got dogs of their own too. And try to let them play, be great if they are of the same age. Don't worry much, if you condition your pet to be friendly, it will be. :)

hello lokahiou, Your dog seems like an Alpha it means that he/she acts like a leader to other dogs he/she wants to show other dogs that he/she is a dominant one my Yuro is also like that but since we are showering him so much love and taking him to a pet store every weekend where he can see others dog he changed a bit but of course being dominant to small dogs is still there but he never barks on a bigger one . have a nice day

My dog was like that when he was younger. I just took him around other dogs on a regular basis and he got used to them. The most important thing to do at this stage is to socailize them. They are like babies and will need to learn how to interact with others. It should get better the more you take him around other dogs

Dogs need to socialize too and we can help them do this by walking them and expose them to other dogs so they will get used to them and will try to play with them. The more your dog is exposed to other dogs, the more it will get used to them and will later on play with them.
