How to become closer with your father?

I grow up not much closer to my father. I feel the distance between us and the effect we only talk little. But I know still deep inside he is concern with me. However I just don't understand until now why I can't become closer to my Dad unlike my other sibling who are much closer with him. I think the one who always keep the distance is my father but I do not know if I also the reason why there is a distance between us. Could you please tell me how closer are you with your father and what is your most unforgettable moment with your father? How do you keep your relationship with your father stronger ?
