Exercise after eating...is it okey?....

Sometimes when I woke up late in the morning..i can hear my tummy roaring, so i rushed to the kitchen to eat..then after minutes, i go for exercise...

It is not good to do exercises after eating. It is not only bad for your digestion, but also you may have a stomache after that. However, you shouldn't be starving to do exercises, too. The best way is to eat something at first. And then have a rest after that. You can do the exercises after the rest. If you feel hungry when you do the exercises, it is better for you to eat the banana. I love China
