More proof ONBUX is a complete SCAM!

So as some of you may know, I've been waiting for my payment of $70 since mid February ever since they announced the bluffing 'whitelist' which never really existed, I've been patient a month after I sent them a ticket asking why is it taking so long since the supposed timeframe was 7-10 bs days just to get an automated message I've been put at the end of the 'imaginary queue'. I've then tried my luck disputing them, but paypal just threw the old terms of theirs at me stating they can't do anything since this is their terms of service that 45days timeframe should be enough to solve our disagreements with sellers. Disappointed me even more since I believed they COULD do something since they are getting a lot of complaints against ONBUX. I even mentioned them that, but they just seemed to ignore it, tho I'm determined and I won't stop till I get my $170 back from Onbux. I don't grow money on trees, so I'm gonna be persistent. BaCK TO ONBUX, 3 days ago I used my balance to buy advertisements for my site since I knew otherwise this earned money is of no use if I wasn't paid for my $70 either. They approved it, but the next advertisement I tried to add since 2 days ago, they kept deleting them and I waited for them to be reviewed almost whole day. I sent them a support ticket which suprisingly didn't return me automated message (another sign of scam as they're not inteding to pay anyone anymore) , they didn't reply to me, but they finally approved my ad, I activated it as well as my banner ad and in an hour or so I got a message when trying to log in that my account has been suspended for 5.1 TOS which is, 5.1. All attempts to hack or cheat our system are being monitored and logged. We are monitoring onBux for piracy attempts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. now anyone with a bit of common sense could tell that if I was cheating (which I wasn't, obviously, that's why I'm so mad right now) I would be suspended way before rather than they'd keep me waiting for my payment since mid February till now. But of course they did, they knew when my timeframe for dispute will expire, so they kept giving up hopes to us that we will be paid SOON. Now when they figured I had nothing to dispute them with anymore, of course they found some fail reason to suspend me, but as I said I'm not stopping. I emailed Onbux right away telling them if that's how they treat their loyal members as I've never cheated before, ever. And asked them to look into my account, but I'm not even keeping my hopes up for anything as they're just a bunch of scammers now, but at least I could use my golden paid membership and earnings from my 1k+ refs for advertising if not for being paid since I invested in their site, so if they activate me again I'll still keep adverising, but my disputes I will continue to email paypal with my situation in hope they return my investment then they can suspend my account all they want since I don't wanna have anything to do with them anymore. so what about you mylotters, what do you think about that? have you been suspended to and what did they state as the reason? I strongly hope to none is or has invested anything in this site as it's not worth it and you're only at loss. I wish you all a great day and I'll be glad to read all your responses.

I'm afraid we are at the same situation my friend. I have also been waiting for my payment since February ($60) until now I have yet to receive my hard earned money. I can't file a dispute neither since 45 days have already passed since my last investment and I doubt paypal will do anything about that. All I can do now is wait and see what happens.

hi! thanks for your response too. I'm sorry to hear you're one of their victims too. You can only hope which is what I did, but still look where I ended up. and yes, paypal is very useless when it comes to 45+ days disputes, I can see it now when they keep on repling me they can't help, so so much about support where you can count your money is safe. =/

Hi jagjit, I'm glad you've found this discussion then. Don't invest to them as you're only get burned. If you're a standard member you may get paid small payments, but for how long is the only question...if i were you I would stop using them as they're just wasting your time. you can dispute them to paypal if you've invested anything in any site less than 45 days ago. good luck and happy earning.

Its sad to hear that many people are not getting paid and waiting for a long time but for me onbux is the best i requested my first payment on 10feb when onbux was facing lots of complaints regarding suspending many accounts also till now many member are complaining that they have not been paid for a long time today again on 23 march i requested my second payout and got it instantly i was afraid that i would be told to wait as many members are not paid but to my surprise i was paid instantly like within a sec in my paypal i have attach the proof in my profile all i can say is that i feel confused why onbux is not paying everyone same as before as i have had no problems with onbux till now

thanks for your response. by your instant payments I can only figure you're a standard member and you're not requesting payments over $10? if that's so, they're still paying members like you just to keep away a little from the official scam title, but soon they will stop paying everyone and you'll see then how scammy they really are.

I think they are not paying upgrade members and members who request huge amount you might be right ,they are paying some standard member just too show that they are still paying but can't say i too feel sad that many members are not paid or queued for a long time but all we could do is wait and see how onbux turns out to be in coming months

that's exactly what they're doing. members who invest money to their site and give them the highest source of income are the ones who are just being ignored and thown into suspension now. For me they are scam now without doubts. just a matter of time till everyone sees it.

I am sorry to hear your bad experiance with onbux i am only a free member and just had just rented 18 refs they have seemed to be quite good and i got my first payment from them instantly,it was only $2.04 but i was happy.I have noticed many members there who are upgraded and have many refferals are having problems with getting payments and having accounts suspended rather than onbux sorting out issues.

of course, they keep on paying small payments to standards so they cover up they're scam, but for how long...people are not stupid.

That is so sad. What is your next step after this ? After the problem started for onbux I was paid instantly 3 times in 3 weeks though my payment was around $15 every time . I was just thinking to upgrade but didn't. I will tell you next week if I will get paid .

good luck to you with that. and I'm glad you didn't upgrade. I wish I would wait a little bit more too and wouldn't upgrade in January. Right now I'll just try to get paypal to investigate them and return my investment even tho they say they can't. Hopefully luck is on my side.

I'm and upgraded member in onbux..just Golden...cause I think they maybe take care their ultimate member better than us..I still havent got my payment abour $40 for almost 1 month..but I keep trusting and wait. But then I sent ticket and got auto reply. When I sent ticket again to check my previous ticket and give a real reply ( I use all polite word, never rude), I got suspended for tos 1.1 for create more than 1 account. I create a ticket send by mail ask how could that be. My laptop and isp is always on my room..no one else ever use. I still waiting their reply....if they really try to scam..that really hurt my trust..

I'm sorry to hear that. I guess we're just ones of their victims and sadly now we can't do much about it. Unless you upgraded less than 45 days ago you can file a dispute against them. This suspension they're giving is a lame excuse just to throw us and many other loyal members of and not having to pay anyone.

Too bad i already pass 45 days for dispute. Good thing when I ask my friends and sister to join onbux, i advise them not to invest any yet. I don't want I wil be blame when they lose their money if something happen and ta-da..it happened. I thought it could last at least 2 year.
