Small but important safety tool

Every year millions of people and animals die in a fire because others don't know to look for them or their pets. A valuable tool to have is a rescue alert that you hang in your window to let rescuers know what to look for. I am including a link to a pdf page where you can print free rescue alert identification badges to hang in your window. These are the most thorough I have found. It tells how many people are in the house and is divided into male and female with age groups. It also tells how many pets rescuers need to look for. Here is the link- http://www.sunbearsquad.org/files/Sunbear_Rescuecard.pdf

Oh this reminds me of some years ago when my children school sent us the red stop sign stickers for us to put on the window of each childrens room that indicated there were children in the house in the event of a fire. So goes beyond that and I find it to be an excellent idea! As always linda, you are so helpful. I saved it and am forwarding to friends.
