what is the first reason your best friend is your bestie?

What is the main reason that your best friend is your bestie? My reason is that my best friend is the most open minded person I know, and doesn't complain about anything. I would never have to keep secrets from him because I know he won't judge me or dislike me for anything I say. Please share yours!

Just that fact that we`ve known eachother forever and we understand eachother. A bestie is someone you can trust to the fullest and can tolerate for long hours. Lmao!

When we talk, it's as if we're the only ones in the place. We forget other people around us when we share stories, it's as if we don't care who will listen to our conversation, we just say anything to each other without holding back.

my best friend is someone who can say bad things to me. I mean she can always confront me with the truth even when it hurts.My best friend would say that for me not to get hurt but for me to be a better person. Even if sometimes we dont see each other but that doesn't hinder us from being best of friends.

yeah, the truth can temporarily hurt but in the long run it helps us learn about ourselves. a regular friend might tell a white lie, but a true friend would tell it like it is.

The main reason my best friend is my best friend is because he has always been there for me for a long time. He's been my dearest friend and through very difficult times in my life he has been there for me more than anyone else. He never complained and has been a truly important person in my life. We do at times push each others buttons but I know that I can always count on him if I need anything. I strive to be the same for him. I don't want to be the type of person who only takes from a relationship but I want to be the same for him if he ever needs anything. It's a wonderful privilege to have such a friend and to be one in turn. I hope that no matter how old we get we can and will still count on each other. Life always has it's ups and downs and having someone there is an important part of making it through those difficult times.

yes, good point. we should always try to be the best friends we can be in return. I could never imagine being without my closest friend. One time when my friend left for vacation I felt out of myself, like a part of me was missing.

Yes that's true. A bestfriend can always listen to you, understand you and will help you in times of trouble. You don't need to hide something when you talk to your bestfriend, it's like you are talking to your other self; you understand each other, you know well each other.
