Actually on internet they are many scam and the people for getting fast money so they will do scams things and cheated people out there simply to earn money.
How to avoid the cheaters?
very simple, before you want to pay better go to the forums and get to know the detail of the website and also you can find the site in many anti fraud websites.
So, you will get know the website details before make any payment.

Let says that you are the owner of AAA site (example) and i'm the owner of BBB sites, we both are in the same types of money earning methods.So, i will find some spammer to scam your site like try to get the details of the member or and try to copy the sites and they will make our site to make lost. That's it called scams.
The spammers are people that irresponsibly people doing nonsense things. That's all.
