what's Hit Predictor?

Ever since Slice the pie is no longer available in my country I havent heard any new music(and most likely not getting the pay for reviewing). C'mon, I heard "Like a G6" first in slicethepie.com before it was in the radio. anyways im trying to look for something similar. Then I came across Hitpredictor. I havent joined yet but does anyone have information about it?

hey what I know about that site is that they give only prizes...and just for US citizens...so they mail the prizes just to US addresses. This is what I know...hope I'm not wrong
