Sad for my friend

I was inspired to put this as a discussion because I came across with another discussion here regarding the Bar Exam result which was released last week. Few friends of mine did not make it again. My tenant last year who have taken the Bar twice did not make it. A close friend of mine who have taken the 4th time again did not make it. I am very sad for her to undergo this kind of failure. Although, I have advised her not to take the Bar Exam if she is not prepared. Yet, her father is forcing her to take again the Bar Exam. What is very saddening is that my close friend has no work experience at all since we graduated from Law, she right away took the Bar exam and failed, then took again and again continuously. If she would decide to take the Bar exam for the fifth time and fails, she would no longer have any chance because there is a limit of 5 takes as prescribed. However, with what happened to her and if I am in her shoes, I would already shift and try my luck with other things or get employment. It is very depressing to fail in the Bar Exam because there are things to sacrifice.

Bar exams should be taken seriously because there are a lot of things to consider as well. That's why when students fail, they'll feel horrible about it.

bar exams, the same as any board exams just like my nursing board exam which i took right away after graduation is really unexpected.... i myself took the board without any idea if i will pass or fail... glad to know i made it, but i also feel sorry for my friends who did not made it..... sometimes being too over confident, too lax, too inferior, lack of concentration, distractions and problems often times affect ones condition in taking the exams.... sometimes those who are not really achievers in school top the board or the bar exams unexpectedly.... maybe she should take some time and review like she never reviewed before... and take the bar like its the first time she will take it... in a way it can help her boost her self esteem...

I know how it feels to fail the exams especially that one, which really need a lot of concentration, patience, time, and money even before you plan to take it, I mean, the review alone is not easy. My brother took it only once and passed it. But he was already in the government service by the time he took the course, graduated, reviewed, etc. I have one co-employee here who was also a long time working in this office. She took a lot of time, blah blah blah and made it in her 5th take. I also know one who took and pass it on the second.

As most are suggesting it would be best she take the time off and rest her mind for a bit. Study in the interim instead of pushing herself so much. She may find that some time away from it all may allow her to study and grasp it better. I do wish her luck because this has to difficult to deal with. Almost like she is doing it more for others then herself.
