I also sometimes get like that, it feels like you can just punch a hole in the wall. The only thing that really works is for you to take a long walk or put on your running shoes and start a nice run. You will see, you quickly forget all about what made you angry and will calm down. Exercise is very important for people that suffers with stress. Try it!!!

It's really very hard to manage anger and stress specially if you are easily irritated of easily angered person. Personally that's my problem too, I was so ashamed that I even talked back to my parents when my blood goes up in my head. But I realized it's not right to talked in a high tone with your parents. So I manage to lessen my irritability when she demand me to do something or asking me for something I don't want to do by being calm and not answering back if don't have any good thing to say. I divert my attention to any task instead of answering back, though my mind want to speak back.

I guess you need to control your anger. You will not do any good if you're angry. You need to calm yourself. Relax and try to think well. Try to consider the people around you, too. If you're always angry, they'll also be affected. When it comes to stress, you need to find time relaxing. Forget all your worries. Try to watch some movies, go shopping, or go on a vacation... In short, "DO what YOU want to do..." You need to control your anger or else your anger will control you.

I usually punch a pillow, or a nearby wall whenever I get mad. Probably not the best way to release anger, but I always feel better about it when I do.
