I think that is absolutely correct. We have run up to the pursuit of marriage to our partner.Or run for cover. After marriage your life chasing.Earning money, make kids.... Suddenly,Life is also love the ending.

I get married about a year ago and me and my husband decide not to have children for meantime until we're ready. and in my case, marriage is not that bad and not like we're chasing for something. I still feel like boyfriend & girlfriend relationship :)

Hi lightking and a warm welcome to you to myLot! Awwh that is sad to hear, love is so beautiful and I do know several who have been together with children for years and are completely happy to date. I suppose you get out of it what you put into it. So might I suggest if this is you someday you go in with a positive mind and continually working at it, so that you too can be happy for years.

Absolutely not. Marriage is just a label, it does not inherently change or mean anything. First of all, no matter what your relationships status is, you need to pay the bills. So earning money is completely independent from marriage, or any relationship for that matter. Not everyone runs to pursue marriage, some people get married because they genuinely want to be married to THIS person, not just because they want to be married and this person is "good enough". And not everyone wants kids. There is no law, rule or requirement that being married means you have to immediately start popping out babies, or that you ever have kids at all. That is a completely personal decision independent from getting or being married. I have been married for almost three years and we have been together for over seven years. We do not have children, we do not want children and we will never have children. My husband has his job and working on building his career that he would have had to have whether I was here or not. I like to think that my presence inspires him to better himself, though. Our love and our lives are FAR from over.
