what would be your reaction to both dese situation ..??? and why ?

First situation, girl is very selfish.
Second situaion, girl is just selfish.
At least my point of view, when I 'want' something for somebody else, it's something I want, maybe not something the other person wants, even thou it is something good.
But it's very different to say "I hope you are happy", giving the other person my thoughts of how I would expect happiness towards him/her, not just because I want to.
