hi. is 1time2dollars.com legit? i found this site on a ptc and am interested in signin up. it is just a one time 2 dollars and first 3 refferals to start earning. Well that is cheap and can afford losing 2 dollars but i just wanna know if it is legit before i sign up and start reffering others to be scammed! If you have been paid recently by this site in the first level please share. thanks
