Is there any free cards

There are many pay as you go types of pre-paid credit cards and or debit cards. But of course this means you deposit x amount of money on the cards to be able to use up to that amount. Most credit card/debit card companies do not issue without any form of security because they are leary that the person will not pay and or responsible for the bills later. It at times is unfair to some perhaps honest people but the companies have been stuck with too many who do not.
