Technology allows teachers to provide personalized learning experience without increasing the amount of time needed to create lesson plans.

I actually did a paper last year about m-learning. That is mobile learning. Its about using mobile technology to learn. Its pretty interesting what they already have and what they are coming up with. Having hand held devices with info which give students a tour of museums. laptops and with internet capability from remote places. You can do a field study from multiple locations. Its really interesting. I think we need to make sure that we keep a human teacher involved though. I've done a lot of e-learning myself and its also helpful to have a person you can email for guidance.

I appreciate teachers who always devote time and effort in making their lesson plans. I really hate those who dont especially if they just sitting in class and doing nothing. I know when a teacher is prepared and when he/she is not.

Technology is most certainly increasing the ability to learn. Granted, it is still a long way to go before it is fine tuned in many ways, but it is getting there and there have been a lot of strides. At one time, many could not go to class, due to having odd hours. Now online classes have made life to be much easier and I think that we should be thanked about something like that. Also teachers do have more resources and they can easily enhance the learning experience of students, by offering various websites up in an attempt to give them more knowledge. It is quite the intriguing process to say the very least. There tends to be a lot of time cut down and a lot more knowledge being given. Which can be a good thing for both teachers and students alike.

Apart from what you mentioned, technology and the internet especially will shape the future of education by allowing online courses to develop and increase in popularitry in the coming years, even more than they already are. Such courses provide greater variety, improved competition between educational institutions and consequently lower fees. Besdies the students benefit from not having to travel, and so spend less in fuel and traavel costs and will be able to study or watch lectures in the comfort of their own home. I think it is just great!

...as well as it helps to students to find more information about what they are studying, which makes it easier for students as well to study more. Nowadays, you also need technology in almost every job.

i always say when you put a child near a computer he really does not think of studying. We are all children and all we wanted to do is to avoid homework and study and go play on the computer. Now if you give permission to a child to stay at the computer and learn, you will loose the control on him. He will be accustomed to the PC and every time you would want to make a classical lesson he will not be alert because he is thinking at the computer.

Who can argue that technology is really handy in our every day life. One of this is the development of education which is the building block of a community.
